PCEC CREATION CARE RESOURCE LIBRARY

As the convener of the Creation Care Commission for PCEC, Christians in Conservation (CIC) has helped to curate a creation care resource library for PCEC churches. CIC is committed to sharing resources that can help equip Filipino Christians and churches to care well for God’s creation. As an associated project of A Rocha International, CIC connects PCEC churches to the wider efforts of Christians around the world who are engaging theologically and practically in creation care .

This collection of resources aims to help provide both a theological basis for caring for creation as well as share practical ideas for churches that are committed to learning about and engaging in creation care. The resources range from those that can impact a Sunday worship service to “how-to” resources addressing consumption and waste at church gatherings. We have included links to the actual material wherever possible, but in some instances, you will need to locate the material on your own.

While not an exhaustive list, we aimed at highlighting resources that are more specific to the Asian context. While there are many Christian creation care publications, few include an Asian perspective. We look forward to seeing a growing number of Asian creation care theologians and practitioners published and showcased over time.

This resource library will be updated periodically with new resources. If you are aware of good creation care resources not yet listed here, please let us know (cic.philippines@arocha.org) and we will add these to the library!
